SockDreams.com
The most awesome sock site ever. I am a total sucker for their striped socks. And shipping is FREE! I just ordered a bunch.

I did a quick run to Ithaca today to drop off some collectibles at Barn House Antiques in Lansing, where I have a booth. I stopped by Tuff Soul on State Street in Ithaca with a small batch of funky, youthful clothes that could spend an eternity at DDG before the right person walked through the door. Autumn, the owner, has a great eye for funky clothes. A younger me would have found a ton to buy there. I will take my kids back to shop next time they want to go to Ithaca. I also stopped in at the new Petrune location on the Commons - love the new atmosphere and expanded selection of serious vintage clothes and accessories.

We have made some new friends at MaxEquations. We were pleased to hear from Gary last weekend and he nicely corrected the way we were spelling their brand name. Their artwear is reminiscent of Blue Fish and is embellished by former Blue Fish artist, Brian. We have a thermal tunic painted with blue herons that will be going up on eBay this week. It is absolutely gorgeous. Check out our listings for MaxEquations as well as their own shopping outlets at www.maxequations.com and maxequationswearableart.ecrater.com.

Washerwoman
My favorite painting by Dee Sprague. See Dee's work at http://mermaidmessenger.blogspot.com/
Glorious day. Phew. Yesterday was so cold and raw. We are waiting for our coal furnace to be installed and we have no fuel oil. Emergency fuel oil should be delivered today. I've always liked the cold, but I've decided that I like it cold outside when it is warm inside. The sunshine should make for great photos today. My inside photos are just not cutting it.
