Oat Groats -cooked with lots of creaminess left - I soaked mine overnight then simmered for an hr or so
Parmesan Cheese - grated - a couple of good shakes - mixes in with the oat cream
Fresh Peas - not cooked, just shelled and thrown in - as many as you want
Salt & Pepper - lots of Pepper
Mix together and eat. My oats were still lukewarm, but I'll try it cold later.
