Just a quick break from the antiquing and flea market scene to show off a beautiful lunch:
baba ganoush (recipe link courtesy of David Leibowitz - great photos and a fun blog) with heirloom carrots and sunflower seeds on a spinach tortilla. I did roll it up to eat it (and yes, there is a plate between the tortilla and the rustic boards).
